Scope                              Complete refurbishment and refit of 500,000sq.ft  medical facility occupying 100% of 2nd floor,45% of 1st floor and introduction during the construction phase of reconstruction of entrance foyer, provision of changing facilities to the basement.

Requiring the following specialist planning and integration of services.

Medical Gases, Power/Lighting/Data/Voice, New ceilings/flooring/partitions/doorsets.  Refurbishment of 3 theatres, replacement of 500,000.sq/ft roof.  New Receptions and complete redecoration of the entire facility within an occupied and active hospital environment.

Project Driver               The South London NHS Trust was determined as a failing trust by the NHS with the main hospitals and services split between 3 adjoining authorities.  Kings Healthcare NHS trust our client for nearly 25 years appointed our company to undertake this high profile politically sensitive project that must be delivered on the due date in order to accept patients on the 2nd October.
