The 2econd and first floors of Orpington Hospital have been entirely refitted following years of neglect to provide a state of the art facility to rehabilitate those that have suffered injuries that require specialist orthopaedic care

Scope                              Complete refurbishment and refit of 500,000sq.ft  medical facility occupying 100% of 2nd floor and 35% of 1st floor.   Requiring the following specialist planning and integration of services.

Medical Gases, Power/Lighting/Data/Voice, New ceilings/flooring/partitions/doorsets.  Refurbishment of 3 theatres, replacement of 500,000.sq/ft roof.  New Receptions and complete redecoration of the entire facility within an occupied and active hospital environment.

Project Driver               The South London NHS Trust was determined as a failing trust by the NHS with the main hospitals and services split between 3 adjoining authorities.  Kings Healthcare NHS trust our client for nearly 25 years appointed our company to undertake this high profile politically sensitive project that must be delivered on the due date in order to accept patients on the 2nd October.
