In the Dorms at Haileybury College

This world renowned private school has educated some of the most influential people in recent British times.  Co-educational terms times are short demanding more of the student.  A longer holiday period allowed 8 weeks for us to arrive on site refurbish existing dorms, communal ablutions, extend two existing common room buildings in timber frame to provide additional accommodation for 16 students with ensuite facilities failure to deliver would have resulted in lost revenue in excess of £250,000.00. to the college.

We delivered yet again and handed the project over to our future.

Project completed in 8 weeks for the sum of £795,000.00
