The Team

Terry Gannon           Second generation Director of the group of companies.  With over 30 years in this one company I know exactly what makes it tick for our clients.   Someone asked me “when will you retire” No chance I said I enjoy my job to much….I’m passionate about the company.  The company is my hobby so if I retire what will I do next.  I’m fair weather golfer so not much happening here in the UK.  No keep it simple and enjoy the job.

David Gannon           Second in command.   A hands on approach at all levels of the construction process is what David is absolutely passionate about.  Attention to detail of the construction process is his forte with a knowledge born out of a trade background from leaving school.

Rowland Ward         Financial Controller of the company with over 10 years service with us.   Keen accountant with absolute passion about numbers.   Many companies in our industry have benefitted from his sound tax advice at the highest level.

Andy, Mark, Rob     Part of the delivery team, controlling multiple projects at the same time and able to maximise the cross availability of a wide range of direct labour resources at our disposal.

Steve Bush, Mike Ullliott    QS Estimators with over 60 years experience between them.  Providing an analysis and challenge to any account placed before a client to ensure the client gets value for money from the man with his tools to the company with many virtues.
